Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY
UK only
- Orders are normally sent within 1-3 days of receiving full cleared payment
- FREE Recorded Delivery with either Royal Mail or My Hermes (service is of our choosing and depends upon the order size and destination) is included in the price. You should receive your order within 2-3 days of despatch. From ordering to receiving your candles the minimum period should be 3 days and maximum 6 days. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is also available with the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service at additional cost.
- If no-one will be available to take delivery please inform us that you do not want to take advantage of our FREE Recorded Delivery service and where you want the delivery left. e.g. in a shed, with a neighbour etc. There is a box in which to do this during the checkout process.
- Please provide us with an alternative address if you do not want your order sent to your home address. There is a box in which to do this during the checkout process.
- If there is no-one available to sign, a delivery might be attempted the next day or the package might be taken to a facility for collection by yourself. A card with contact details for the delivery company will be left.
- To receive your order by the next working day please select Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day ‘Special Delivery’ at the checkout. We can only guarantee delivery the next working day if your order is placed before 10am on the preceeding day. There is an additional cost for this service which is calculated by the monetary amount of the order.
- In all delivery times stated above, Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included.
Overseas only
- Orders are normally sent within 1-3 days of receiving full cleared payment
- You should receive your order within 4-10 days of dispatch. So, from ordering to receiving your candles, the minimum period will be 5 days and maximum 13 days.
- Please provide us with an alternative address if you do not want your order sent to your home address. There is a box in which to do this during the checkout process.
- Orders are not sent by Recorded Post but are sent with proof of posting.
- In all delivery times stated above, Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included.
RETURNS
Our candles should reach you in perfect condition and as described on our website. If you have any concerns please contact us by email at: enquiries@treelemon.com
UK only
- Modified or adapted candles will not qualify for a refund.
- Goods damaged in transit or lost (once accepted as lost by the delivery company), will qualify for like for like replacement or full refund. We will pay for return postage.
- Customers shall be deemed to have accepted goods as satisfactory if we are not notified within 7 days of delivery for damage or within 28 days of your order been despatched for lost goods.
- If you believe a package has been tampered with it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for the package. In this instance you should not take delivery or open the package. If all adhered to we will issue a full refund after the package has been returned. Returns are at our expense.
- Candles that have NOT been cared for and/or NOT burnt according to our advice under the heading 'Caring For Your Beeswax Candle' will not qualify for a refund.
- Late delivery is NOT a valid reason to qualify for either a return or refund. Once the goods have left our possession we have no control or responsibility over delivery times. The exception to this is Guaranteed Next Day 'Special Delivery', which if late will qualify for a full refund of your postage costs or a full refund if you choose to return your order. Returns will be at our expense. To qualify we MUST be notified of late delivery within 72 hours of due delivery date.
- Yours statutory rights are not affected.
Overseas only
- We are sorry, but damaged or lost goods DO NOT qualify for replacement or refund as Overseas Delivery Services are beyond our control. This does not affect your rights with PayPal.
