The Privacy Policy sets out how Tree Lemon uses and protects any information you give us when using our website. It applies solely to treelemon.com and treelemon.co.uk. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Payment

• All orders must be paid for in full before goods are dispatched. 
• We do not accept deposits or part payment of any kind.
• We will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of payment being received for Special Delivery orders and 48 hours for all other orders (see below under Delivery). Within these periods we will accept a cancellation and offer a full refund. Please contact us by email only at: enquiries@treelemon.com to cancel (not by telephone).

Payment - UK only

• All goods are priced in GB Pounds and are inclusive of all taxes.
• We only accept payment in GB Pounds.
• We accept payment by PayPal (you can pay by Debit & Credit Card without a PayPal account), Cheque and Bank Transfer. You select a payment option at checkout. 
• We do not accept cash.

Payment - Overseas only

• All goods are priced in GB Pounds and are inclusive of all taxes.
• We only accept payment in GB Pounds.
• We accept payment by PayPal only.
• You can pay by Debit & Credit Card without a PayPal account.

• Payment details. 
• Contact information: name, postal address and email address. Phone number is optional.

What we will and will not do with this information

• We will only use your personal information for the purpose of selling candles, and will never under any circumstances give it out to third parties, unless we are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to contact you about products and offers on our website. If you would rather we did not you can opt out by simply telling us.
• If you believe that any personal information we have for you is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us as soon as possible.
